today I drive to the Globe store to get keys made, and to pick up a few screws. I get 4 keys cut then drive back to the other side of Miami. I get back and test the keys and they don't work, so I drive back.....9.4 miles each way. A guy recuts the keys and just says "those will work now" No I'm sorry or any offer to refund or anything. So now I drive back only to find only half work. 4 keys, only two work and close 38 miles of driving and lost time. The store was closed and reopened months later and I am done shopping there. I will just go back to the valley for hardware. It is too bad because I used to be a good customer from the day Ace came to Globe. Ray
