Gave a verbal apology at the close of the job. Later wrote a letter of apology and mailed the customers check back uncashed. So customer got full refund of entire job including materials and labor.

Altheos won't show up on time or with the equipment needed to do the job, doesn't get permits for the work that requires it. Also has trouble taking direction from a woman. Highly unprofessional.
