The company can manufacture a full range of molded seals in NBR, HNBR and Fluorocarbon elastomers, both homogenous and textile reinforced, as well as in other materials as required. Utilizing its specialized molding techniques, it has been able to manufacture solid, endless fully molded rings up to 14 feet in diameter. The company focuses on the production of standard and custom designs for large diameters, high pressures, metric sizes, exotic fluids and other specialized applications. The company s press molded hydraulic seals include shallex and expanding V packings, U rings and D/C rings and fabric reinforced and homogeneous custom seals. In addition, the company offers a full line of non-metallic flue duct expansion joints. James Walker Manufacturing is headquartered in Glenwood, Ill. and operates additional manufacturing locations in Great Britain, the Netherlands, India and Australia.
