Have bought 3 cars from Debbie Ress in last 3 years. She stays with us every step of the way looking to fill our requests. Persistent but not pushy. Does not over-state the facts and gives us the proper/true information. Debbie calls me several times during the year to see where my interests are for a new car. The staff and sales colleagues were great. We worked with Chris Hallenberg. He was not pushy and provided us time to go over our options. He (and the management) worked with us on price and exceptional financing. After purchase, they spent lots of time with my wife and I going over the vehicle features. We also had our two young children with us for part of the time. They were great with engaging (and at times tolerating) the kids as we were waiting on paperwork, etc. Overall great car buying experience.

Very efficient, All staff very cheerful, courteous and very helpful. Loved having use of the computer room so that I was able to work while waiting...and then a courtesy car when it was clear that the service on my car wouldn't be completed until much later.

I recently bought a Chevy Malibu Hybrid from Jennings Chevrolet. I had driven a diesel VW Passat for 4 years and was turning it in due to the VW diesel scandal. I had my VW serviced at Jennings Volkswagen and was very happy with them so wanted to look to Jennings Chevy first. I was helped by Adel Ubeid and from the very first conversation with him, I knew I was in good hands. Adel managed many issues for me including the complication of turning in my VW etc. I can say unequivocally that he went above and beyond to make the process excellent. As far as the car- it is rated 46/47 mpg, has excellent safety technology as well as infotainment, etc. I am very very happy with it so far.
