      Brian and company came out, a couple years ago and gave us a great price to take down 2 huge 75' Willow trees, which were dying and threatening to cause serious damage to us and our neighbors. They were prompt, courteous, professional and completed the entire job, including stump removal and clean up, in less than 1 day. And they did it for 25% less than the best bidder of the 3 other companies we contacted. We don't shop around any more, when we have tree issues. Broadleaf is worth every penny.

      After making an appointment for a free estimate an hour ago, I called back to confirm the business' insurance. The woman who answers the phone kept cutting me off when I tried to explain that I wanted to see the business' proof of worker's comp & general liability insurance BEFORE I decided to sign for my tree trimming job, not AFTER as she told me. She literally did not let me get that communication verbalized and instead, rudely told me that "I was unhappy" and therefore canceled my appointment for an estimate on the spot. I am dumbfounded.
