Horrible customer service!When I went to pick up my dry cleaning, I noticed holes in 4 of the 9 sweaters I brought in. When I brought this to the manager's attention, he told me that he was not responsible for the holes: he claimed that I must have moths. When I informed him that the 4 (cashmere) sweaters were all new, he told me that the store must have moths! The final straw was when he said that I should really "clean my home" if I want to get rid of the moth problem! What audacity!
