How much is 15 minutes worth? That's how much time it took to fix a lighting fixture from the time the technicians entered my home to the time they left. I called their manager about the $120.00 fee, but was told this is the standard charge, and nothing could be done. I think there should be a scale for time spent on the job.Will not use these electrical services again!
