Established in 1943, the Philadelphia-Montgomery Christian Academy is a nonprofit organization that offers academic education for the children of Christian families throughout Philadelphia and southeast Montgomery County, Pa. It serves students in kindergarten through grade 12. The school s curriculum includes English, science, history and mathematics. The Philadelphia-Montgomery Christian Academy maintains a world language department that provides classes in German and Spanish. Its extracurricular activities include music, drama and fine arts. The school also organizes various sports activities, such as basketball, baseball, softball, cross country, soccer, tennis, wrestling, and track and field. Additionally, it provides memberships of various clubs, including Bible studies, chess, jazz band, technology, student council and student newspaper. The Philadelphia-Montgomery Christian Academy is accredited by the Middle States Association of Colleges and Schools.
