PROS:

1.Incredible communication. I never had a problem knowing what was going on.

2.The lowest quoted price of any company.

3.They made all their "time windows" which were at most 2 hours.



CONS:

1.We did a phone quote. We were charged for an additional 100 sq. ft. Not a big deal i guess i knew it would be over a little anyways.

2.They broke a rode in the stairway. Although the mover told me that my king size box spring wouldn't fit in a small stairway.

This has got to be the best moving service around, great rates, fast and nice workers.

On my move I was able to relax from start to finish. Nickys was recommended to me by a friend who used them for his move. He told me about how nice everyone was and how they packed and unpacked every single last one of his belongings. I just couldnt believe it, but it is true for an extra fee they will pack all of your things. I couldnt pass up that deal. I had them pack my belongings and deliver to my new location but I decided to unpack myself. I was amazed to find that everything was in the same condition it was before the move. I was a little afraid that things wouldnt go so well with the amount of things I had and only 2 movers but I was completely wrong. I will definitely use them again and I will gladly tell my friends to. It was worth every cent!

1.)I used Nickys Moving & Storage to move my family from Mt. Airy to King of Prussia. They were reliable, polite and extremely hard working. During the move there were plenty of trips up and down the stairs but the movers made each one of those trips look like the first, smiling each time. None of our items or furniture was broken, not even our very heavy china cabinet, no scratches, nothing. Another good thing about Nickys Moving & Storage is if you have to store your things for a couple of nights their rates are the best. Our experience was great and I would recommend Nickys to anyone moving along the east coast.

They were very respectful and experienced, I loved them too. They were easy to work with and the prices were great compared to what I have spent in the past with other movers. We would hire them again.

This was my 2nd time hiring Nicky's Moving and Storage. They were recommended to me by a colleague some years ago and I feel fortunate to have found them. I am a Single Female Professional and greatly appreciate being treated with respect and professionalism. These guys represent these values and more. I recently hired them to pack and move me from Philadelphia to Virginia. The process as usual was telephone interview of services needed then an email of my guaranteed flat-rate Quote which always been honored, never a price gouge. The crew arrived early in the morning, packed me, loaded my belongings and then delivered me the Next day so that I could be at work Monday morning.

We hired Nicky's to move us last summer. First, they claimed that they got lost on their way to finding our apartment though they had a GPS. Second, upon finding our apartment, they ran out of gas. After a wait for them to straighten that out, we found out that they arrived with out handtrucks/dollies even though I was specifically told that they would have handtrucks/dollies when I ordered them. I would NOT deal with them again.

Excellent movers Sparks126 in phila I received quotes from numerous movers, most from brand name companies. I tried Nickys due to the great reviews . Nickys was the first company to follow-up with me, was polite and professional. Their quote was one of the lowest compared to the others. Regardless of the costs, I wanted to make sure I would receive good service as well. Michelle followed up with me, provided a contract, answered all my questions and was able to accommodate me on the date and time. They were fantastic, as Keith Rell and another gentleman helped move my goods to our new townhouse.
