We were churned.This sonus told us that they would be able to get a hearing test and hearing aids under insurance. After the hearing test, we had to make another appointment to come back to get hearing aids. When we arrived we were then told that our insurance would not cover the hearing aids, only the hearing test. Now I had to go somewhere else to get my mom hearing aids. I had to drive at top speeds from work, getting out of work early. Help Mom into the car. Put the wheelchair in the trunk. Unload the wheelchair in a hurry, get her into there. then they talk to us for 5 minutes and send us on our way. The whole thing could have been settled with a phone call and mailing the single photocopied paper she gave us. They wasted our time and effort. Very poor customer service.
