The company works in association with Kelsoe & Associates, which is a full-service land surveying firm that serves private and public sector clients throughout the western United States. Crestwood Communities also has partnerships with various residential construction product manufacturers and interior designers, such as Pacific Interiors Group, Fireside Hearth & Home and Stafford's Lighting Company. It operates an online realtor center that offers membership and home searching options. The company has recieved the Builder of the Year award from the Lee Building Industry Association.
