My salesman Jose Enci was down to earth friendly no pressure but the second salesman and sale manager were very pushy trying to sell me extended warranty and increase my payments, I almost walk out. Later got the deal I wanted. My salesman Jose was very helpful to contact a insurance agent for me. While I was on the phone with the agent, Jose was chatting with my mother. Jose help with other requests from the insurance agent. The Finance Manager who I'll be signing the contract was very friendly, professional, answered my questions and was straight to the point, no pressure. After the contract signing Jose took me to see my new car already washed and full tank of gas. Jose took photo me and my mother next to the car. Jose later sent it to me. Jose and I enter the car he introduction of the interior layout and the functions of the instruments. Today I received a phone call from Jose for a follow up. Jose started to call him if I had questions or problems. I would of given five stars if the other sale staff weren't so pushy.

I had to go to this poor excuse for a dealership because my Claremont ford went kaput.. there was a recall on the radiator in my 08 ford f250 so i took it in.. i received it a few days later noticing that they had scratched everything, around the engine and the radiator fluid was really low. they did not care what i had to say and said that is what has to happen. then i caught them trying to fill the radiator fluid back up with a water hose. as i ran over to them like a crazy person to stop them the tech said they did it because they were out of the proper fluid and if i wanted the real stuff i had to complain to the GM. the next day... so i did... Fred Colley said that they have no recollection of them using water instead of premium ford gold radiator fluid, and that i was making it up.. so i called the BBB... made a complaint... which goes no were.. so all i can do now is hope that my words will make an influence on you to never step foot on this dealership for any means of them making money off of you... it would be appreciated...

The buying experience was okay; however, once they had our money, their service was horrible. We needed an additional form to register our car out of state. I called THREE times in a 24-hour period and never got a return call. I note that I am a woman and from past experience know that my husband's call would have been returned. Colley Ford mistreats their femal customers. DO NOT BUY from them.
