I went in for an oil change at roughly 8:15am on a Saturday morning and happen to beat the rush of other customers also getting an oil change. Despite this, at least 5 other customers who arrived after me finished before me. My car sat out front for at least 45 minutes while the service person (Mike) completed the paperwork even though my car was already finished. Other customers that he also handled but came after me, were finished before me.



Despite complaining to Mike and someone at the cashier's desk, I waited an additional 25 minutes for my paperwork to be complete.



This is not the first time I was made to wait an extended period of time despite my car already being serviced.

Every visit is a pleasant, successful experience: No-pressure purchase, great price, low-cost financing, long warranty, service.

I bought my 2010 Hyundai Elantra Touring at Hyundai of Glendora and have had all my service performed there during the 30k miles I've owned the car.

Hands down the BEST car buying experience EVER! We have been a Honda family for many years and although we have liked our cars we have always had an awful time with the dealerships. This was the polar opposite for us. From end to end this was an all around amazing experience. We dealt with the fleet manager who gave us a fantastic deal on the 2011 Sonata and also offered us a very fair price on our trade in with absolutely no negotiations. Their finance guy was just as easy to work with. I cannot imagine ever going to another car dealership to buy a new car. All we can say is be prepared to be flabbergasted by this straightforward and honest team. You will be very happy! Oh, and the car.... AMAZING!

I've never bought a new car before and I have to say that my experience here was altogether pleasant. We walked in, bargained, test drove, bought and drove away in a car. The sales people didn't bug me nor did they seem indignant when we were bargaining down the price. It isn't like we walked out with them losing money on the car but I am more than happy with what I got and would come back.
