I called this location to order replacement feet caps for the legs on my furniture (for chairs, tables, loveseats, sofa). The first three times I called DURING business hours, no one answered the phone. This should have been a warning to me. I left a message for someone to call me back. An employee called me back an hour later and said, "we were really busy this morning." That doesn't justify not answering the phone of your business. I told her I needed to place an order for replacement feet caps for the furniture of 'so and so' brand from 'so and so' collection. She said she would get back to me with a price on Tuesday. (This conversation took place on a Friday and she said she'd be off Monday). Tuesday rolls around and I don't get a call.



Wednesday morning I called and spoke with another employee there. I explained how I already gave someone my order (I did not ask for the original girl's name) and I did not receive a call as promised. She said she'd find out who I talked to and call me back.



After two hours she calls back and says she could not find out which salesperson I spoke with. I had to repeat my order which consisted of eight model numbers to this new salesperson and she said she would call me back with a price.



After one hour, she calls me back and asks my what type of cushions I needed for the furniture. I clearly do not need cushions. I clearly explained to her that I needed the replacement feet caps for the legs on the furniture. She said she didn't understand what that meant but she'd ask a manager and call me back.



ANOTHER hour later, she calls me and asks me if I can send her a picture of what I'm trying to order. I was very calm and patient up until this point. I asked to speak to a manager. I re-explained the whole story which started Friday to the manager. I told her I just want to order these parts and I don't understand why a salesperson at a furniture store doesn't understand the parts for furniture. Her response to me about this entire story was, "this is a training center and some of our employees are unfamiliar with certain scenarios." WHAT!? If she was that unsure she should've had someone else handle this phone call. I asked her to just order my parts and told her the model numbers and with the girl who I was just speaking with. The manager tells me to give her the model numbers again anyway because she doesn't know where the salesperson placed her notes. UGH! The manager says she will give me a call back on Thursday at 11AM. It is now 12:30PM and I am still waiting for that call. I am done with this place!
