      Very poor customer service

      No complaints with the guys who actually performed the work. They were awesome. However, there is very little communication with the project managers. As soon as you sign a contract they're nowhere to be found and very difficult to get a hold of. However, they are very happy to show up and meet with you whenever a change order is needed... just money hungry I guess. Whenever there is a problem they rarely know what is going on with the project and very quick to point fingers at other contractors. Not happy with their upper-management at all. I'm surprised they're still in business the way they treat their customers.
