I purchased flooring for my kitchen and bathrooms. The sales person was great but the service was aweful. I took the day off of work so that they could install it and they did not show up to do the job until 2:00 p.m. Of course they could not finish so had to come back the next day which meant more time off of work for me. Trying to call the service supervisor was almost impossible as she was always in a meeting or not available. Then they damaged my toilet and if it wasn't for a phone call to the sales person they would not have paid for it. I would not recommend this company to anyone!
I purchased wood flooring. It took four days (not consecutive) to complete the job. Working staff was poorly scheduled; supervisor fabricated excuses when contacted about the service; and this company offer no reparation for their poor service. The store in Torrance smells of stale cigarette smoke.I would not recommend anyone to this place.
No follow up at all. Called 5 times over two weeks to find out when carpet would be installed. Never got a call back when promised. Sent e-mail to the corporate office that wasn't even answered. Installers arrived 2 hours late and damaged furniture/walls while moving it out. Carpet is good, installation appears to be okay. Would never use this company again.
