This is long overdue! Pro Patios were super responsive! I was having a party on a weekday and couldn't get some of our 9 heaters to work. I called and left a message on the Friday before, and they called me and came out the following Saturday. Not only did they fix the problem heaters, but they tuned up all the ones that were working. He did mention that heaters need an annual maintenance regimen. Must be time for that, too. . .

I needed a patio heater for my patio for a party I was having, and patio pros came and fixed it beautifully and my family and I love it and the warmth it gives us when we can sit outside at night. Very satisfied and definetley recommend them!
