I bought this beautiful cake from them and asked to write a dedication on the cake. First of all she took like 12 mins to come outfrom the back room and second, when she showed me the cake, it was HORRIBLE writing on it! It has mixture of upper and lower case letters and very sloppy and all she could do is apologize. I asked her if they typically don't write dedications on cake like "Happy Birthday" or "Congrats" because its like I tried writing it myself. Top top it off she wrote it with jelly filling! It should have been with white chocolate since the cake was dark chocolate and goldish color flowers, it took away the beauty...i'm NEVER going back no matter what! I'll go down the street to the other bakery instead. Truly sad for a 1st time customer experience...
