Attorney Charchian helped me with my car accident case. I had a big accident and the other guy was lying about the facts, so the insurance company was giving me a hard time. So, I tried to find a good lawyer, a friend recommended me to Mr. Charchian and he was great. I got my car fixed, and got money for my pain and suffering. I recommend him to anyone having issues with their insurance company or if they have been injured.
I owed $13,000 on my credit cards and wanted to declare bankruptcy since I lost my job. I went to 2 other attorneys and each one told me bankruptcy was the way to go and wanted to charge me from $1,800 to $2,100. Mr. Charchian was the only honest one. When I told him I was getting married soon, he convinved me that I should not file bankruptcy because if I bought a house or car in the future (for my family) that I would either not qualify for a loan or would pay a much higher interest rate. Also, he said that it was not worth filing Bankruptcy for only $13,000 in debt. He spent almost an hour talking to me and did not even charge a cent. I highly recommend this lawyer to anyone.
