It also has an array of computer network-controlled press brakes, automated self-clinching fastener insertion machines and complete welding capabilities. Cygnet s short-run metal stamping operation can economically run volumes of 50 pieces to 50,000 pieces. It offers deburring, drilling and tapping, spot welding, self-clinching fastener inserters, plating, painting and silk screening.
