When they fogged on first freatment all went well... Second treatment t they were to be at the house at 8am none has showed up and its 9:18 and no answer at the business.., now worried if they show up at all!

Worst company EVER. Charged 700$, put up shoddy net, then hung up on me multiple times when I called about their warranty. Poor kids running this don't understand business at all, they will take your money and disappear.

Review update from 4-21 - finally got a hold of Desert Sky the original pest control company because Valley Pro message service was completely full and additional messages could not be left. I explained that I had originally called Desert Sky and they sent out Valley Pro. I then explained that the swarm was back 14 days later but was not at the same location they treated (12 feet away) Desert Sky said that the 30 day guarantee was only good for the exact location they treated and that I would need to pay an additional $195 plus dollars.... then he said thats a real "bummer". Prior to finally getting a hold of someone at either companies, I called a Beekeeper, he saaid that it was the same swarm but it moved from the treated location because of the treatment in that area. I had the beekeeper come out for HALF the price of Valley Pro and Desert Sky AND he had a camera to go into the wall to make sure there was no honeycomb or bees in the wall. Double Thumbs down "bummer".

Found Desert Sky Pest Control online at azbugman.com, rates were great at $48 for foraging bees and $95 to $140 for swarm removal AND they had a $25 internet coupon special. Desert Sky Pest Control sent ValleyPro out to do the work, charged me $195 and I had to ask for the $25 internet special. the Technician said that Desert Sky and ValleyPro back each other when one is not available. They also offer a 30 day guarantee... 14 days after the initial spray the bees were back but were now a swarm. I called ValleyPro several times with no answer, finally got a person on the phone and they said there was no one available to come out. I called Desert Sky and their phone line rolled to ValleyPro messaging system.... All in all I feel like I was left hanging. so much for 24x7 service! I would not recommend them!

I would not recommend this company! I explained my problem in detail to the person on the phone, and I was quoted a price of $140.00. They were here a total of 10 minutes and charged $195.00. When I questioned the price, the unfriendly gentleman told me it was because they had to spray an additional tree. We did not ask to have the additional tree sprayed, as there was no issue with it. He then adamantly told me the price was $195.00

This company responded timely, however they were at the house less than 10 minutes and charged us $185, a far cry from their web advertisement of $48. Will not recommend!
