Paid for over-night delivery and was given a tracking number. Tried to track the package before I finally called UPS. I was told the package had not been picked up. Had to go back to the store the next day only to be told "you were given the wrong tracking number, sorry about that" Isn't that the whole reason to get a tracking number so you can track your package? Beware - Incompetent clerk at the counter! You will not be able to trust the paperwork they give you.
