      Terrible Customer service.

      Called the Store at 4240 W. Bell Rd. in Phoenix, AZ. for information. The clerk that answered the phone, was terribly. SO SO RUDE. Would feel way to uncomfortable to shop there.

      I haven't been there since 2006 because of the way they treat their customers. I'll order from China before stepping foot into HB. I bought over 3 grand in RC craft. But when I need a small 5 dollar part, they act as though that I'm bothering them. So, with that... Seeya! Never again!
