Dr. Muhammed Ashraf only sees his patients for 30mins at a time as if to make sure they aren't dying from their meds, but doesn't actually talk to his clients about the reasons for taking those meds in the first place. I have PTSD and because he forgot to write that down on my medical records, I was disqualified for treatment elsewhere.

Front office staff were nice and polite. Had an appointment with Linda Mccandless at 12:45 (technically 1:00 to allow time for paperwork). At 1:40 I went to the front desk to tell them I wanted my copay back, as I wasn't in the mood to wait any longer. I wouldn't have been able to have a conversation with Linda at that point anyway, since I was already irritated. Front desk lady went to look for her to ask how much longer I'd have to wait, but couldn't locate her. I left. There was another lady who complained before me about her wait as well. Won't return, wouldn't recommend.

This office is poorly managed and lacks any semblence of customer service. All the people pouring in and out while I waited two hours for an appointment made it look more like a pill mill than a doctors office.



When I checked in they said NOTHING about running to hours behind. So they lied to me right off the bat.



I was half an hour early, to fill out new patient paperwork, then I waited two hours before I had to get back to work. They wasted my time and gas money.



Find a Doctor smart enough to hire and train competent staff. If they can't do that, do you trust them with your medical care?

The staff here is so great, they treated me with wonderful service and I couldn't of had a better time. The lady behind the counter with blonde hair doing phone calls does a great job, you guys got lucky with this worker.
