Clorinda has excellent customer service and was very friendly and knowledgeable, very pleased with my experience

I was in this store recently and I have to say the customer service exceeded my expectations. The store manager (i think his name was Pedro) was so helpful. I will definitely be coming back to this location. Thank you Pawn 1st staff.

My experience was a really great one. Stephanie went above and beyond the call of duty in providing great customer service throughout the entire process. She exceeded my expectations. Her professionalism and detailed explanation of each step of the process made it that much easier to make an informed decision when choosing your company to meet a temporary need during an emergency situation. Was greeted as soon as I walked in the door by an employee named Travis tall well dressed pleasant sort of guy told me his name and ask if I was looking for anything special and to let him know if I had any questions. Ended up buying a couple of things and was thanked for coming in. All in ala a nice experience. I would recommend stopping in
