      We took our first trip, and certainly not our last, with Out West Tours on Saturday. We went to Winslow, AZ, to see the La Posada Hotel. It was a great experience, lunch was wonderful and this hotel from the railroad times and the Harvey Girls was really interesting.

      Had a death in the family, and was 4 days before trip. Called to see about a refund, or able to get a new trip. Was told no, only thing was getting 25% minus other charges. So would end up getting less than the 25%. Would not recommend using this Tour company
