horrible customer service on the loading dock. Their system of texting when you get there and getting a response as where you are in line and the progress of your order is inadequate. The loading dock supervisor picks and chooses who he wants to load and when. Today their texting system informed us it was our turn, our order was ready. Instead two customers who arrived after us were loaded first. When this was mentioned to the loading dock supervisor he retaliated by telling the dock workers not to load us. This resulted in a 70 year old man with a triple by pass loading 81items
himself in 100 degree heat while the employees on the loading dock watched. Thanks Floor & Decor for the experience we can tell all our friends and associates.

the prices and quality were far better than lowe's and home depot the selections were far better also.everything is right there in stock. you pick it out , pay for it, take it home.
