The incorporation of yoga, tai chi, and meditation is spot on. I feel my inner self, my spirit. I am more energetic, happy and healthy in more ways than I ever understood.
I recommend trying this practice for the long term as it is different and takes time to achieve a healthy body, mind and spirit.
