Amenities:4 swimming pools, designated parking, excellent neighborhood and the manager works with your finances, with a smile:) Easy to talk to-the best!!!! 1.Excellent security officers on premise, surveilance 24 hours a day, and police patrol at night. The parking lot is well lit up and the place is safe!! there's never been a break in--ever!!!2).The fire dept., the main library, and historical SaguaroRanchState Park, walking distance. Newly renovated roof, parking lot, the swimming pools sanded down(4) and redone. 3) The management and maintenence crew are the best I've seen.Free hot and cold water. Temporature friendly, to keep the electric bill down, Laundry facility mail box and pool at your door.I'm right at home!!-P.W.
