All Quality Labor is a good business and has a staff dedicated to getting people work. I gave this wonderful establishment 2 stars for that reason. Why not 3 or 4 stars? Some may wonder... The woman at the front desk by the name of Marsha is very condescending and blatantly rude. If Marsha doesn't like you, You won't be getting work unless it's part time or INSANE WORK for little pay. She dictates who to call for what specific job, (not in call order) and plays "JOB GOD" with your life and your money. She's fake and smiles in your face and talks about you behind your back. Be respectful and consistent with work and she still has a way of making people feel EXTREMELY under-appreciated as human beings. I'm just one man, but i guarantee after this, many more people will begin to speak out about this superb company being shot down into a spiraling ball of flames because of one woman's ego...and a few other employees that are her yes people willing to protect her bias. All Quality is good. But with people who care about the businesses reputation with more consideration in the seat, it would be great. I'm at another temp agency now, and i get consistent weekly work without the disrespect or the hassle nor the bias. Love AQL, but Black and Mexican people deserve good jobs as well. Especially if we're the first call of the entire day consistently. I'm just saying, something needs to change for this company to grow.

i've searched for work and applied at alot of places and couldn't find any work in 2 months, I knew all quality labor would get me in real quick. pay is min wage, but I got something to do now.
