Do NOT pay up front!!! I have used this company for a couple of years and never had an issue. This time cannot be said the same. The end of May I hired them to do a large job which consisted of cutting several trees, removing oleanders, remove a couple of stumps, and typical bush trimming and weed removal. After about a week, on June 7, 2014, I got in touch to see if they were going to do the job and was told yes that they would do the clean up one weekend and the trees the next. They came out, did some clean up and removed the oleanders and removed a stump. They asked for a little more money for a second stump and i paid them at that time. They came out a few weeks later to trim the trees and my husband gave them more money for an additional tree. They cut all except the tree my husband paid for and left all the trimmings on the yard. Since then they have shown up twice to take some of the trimmings but have not yet finished the job. The trees trimmed were my neighbors that had grown into my yard and the neighbor had also paid them. Well numerous times I have contacted them to have them finish them job, numerous times I have been told they would be out either that day or a few days later and then no call or anything and they just don't show. I contacted them and left several messages that I needed the tree cuttings gone before Aug 8, 2014 before I was ticket by Code Compliance. The owner finally got in touch with me and came out an evening later on July 30th and personally told me he would be out everyday until the job was done, I haven't seen him since. Now I've had to hire another company and I have tried contacting them since Aug 8, 2014 for a refund for the paid and unperformed work and I have yet to hear back from them. Becareful, do not pay for the work until it is completed.

On the day of my appointment (Feb 8) Shannon called and apologized saying he had forgotten to add it to his date timer so I agreed to allow him to re-schedule at his convenience. Never heard back. Called, left message, never heard back. Finally rescheduled for and got online confirmation for March 22. Guess who never called, never showed. Called and left another message, never heard back. Having done business with them before, I am pretty disappointed in this new attitude. He does good work but only if and when you can get him to do it!

I'm not sure if that last revew was talking about the same company....I have used them for over 3 years now, and have NEVER had any problems what-so-ever!!! The company works very hard, always calls if there's a hang up on getting here when they say. The work is awesome...the people are awesome ...and the price IS affordable!!!! Kudos to AA Cleanup....keep up the good work! I know I am happy and pleased!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I called 3 times before buying a Kudzu coupon for service to confirm the job & location. Making an appt was difficult. They cancelled our 1st appt & rescheduled... OK, fine.



But then on day of appt between 9-11am, they call at 10:00am saying something came up in Scottsdale & they need to reschedule for after 5:30pm.. AFTER I verticut my lawn all morning! They ended up rescheduling for 2:30... OK, annoying, but fine - stuff happens.



They didn't show up. Then we get a call after 3:00 saying they don't service our area & then said even if they did, they won't do the job that day - completely contrary to what was planned, arranged, agreed & confirmed prior.



So now we are stuck w/ pounds & pounds of dead lawn, thatch & soil mess on our lawn in the 101 degree heat of the day, wasted the day, lost time & ended up quite disappointed.



Recommendation: avoid this outfit & check out other service providers who are surely more dependable, responsible & professional.
