I bought a 5th wheel from Harvey's 2 yrs ago, it was delivered to my seasonal sight, I was assured that they would come to my sight for repairs!!guess what??? they wanted to charge me a road call fee, and hourly rate , even if it was under warrenty ..... I guess I've learned my lesson!! ! will not purchase another RV, from them again!!

tryed to get an on sight repair, they wanted to charge me a 200 dollar sevice charge, and 85 dollars an hr. from the time the left, to the time they got back,,..they came to my place, and didn't even fix my rig!! and charged me $490, can't recomend this oufit!!
