I live in Glen Rose and get my oil changed here frequently. I was in Granbury, but wanted to keep my money local so I called and asked what time they closed and was told 6pm. I arrived at 5pm. The front door was open and the sign said open. I could see 2 employees standing out back smoking cigarettes. One met me at the door and told me they had closed early. I told him i had called and they said they would be there until 6pm. He said sorry, he was closing early. He shut the door and went back to smoking. I went to the back and asked for the owners number and he aggressively approached me, put his finger in my face, and told me to get off his property. i will never do business with this company again.

I take my car here for oil changes and inspection, and they are always very quick and friendly.



Most recently, I had a dead battery, so I jumped my car and took it to them. They didn't have the battery I needed, and their parts order had already come, so they sent somebody to meet a delivery half way so that they could still deliver and install my battery quickly. While I waited, they took my car to a car wash. Seriously... The service is incredible!
