This company lacks punctuality, professionalism, and supportive customer service. The engineers do not care about their clients, only their bottom line. They will extend approvals at the expense of the client; they will not respond to emails for months at a time, and they repeatedly go back on their word. This is the most horrendous management I've ever seen by a company, and the owners should be embarrassed. AVOID AT ALL COSTS (or it will be at your expense). It's extremely inconvenient that townships depend on this firm as their sole provider of engineering insight.
