General Info

Established in 1919, Glen Ellyn Park District provides fall, winter and spring/summer programs for all age groups and interests. Based in Glen Ellyn, Ill., the district hosts a wealth of programs and special events, including lunch with the bunny, breakfast with Santa, polar express, Lake Ellyn family camping and the annual fishing derby. It operates one-outdoor aquatic facility, four-recreation buildings, 23-multipurpose parks/playgrounds and two lakes. Its parks are used for both unstructured recreation and programmed events, such as youth soccer and softball.
