I use Chicago Fire and Burglar to protect my home. Their customer service is excellent. Everyone I've interacted with from their office has been an absolute delight. Also, the installation process was very simple and I've never had to deal with any weird false alarms or anything. It gives me peace of mind to know my home is safe - I swear just having the sign in the yard and the sticker on our windows is enough to send any criminals looking for a new house to break into.

This little family run company is so professional and knowledgeable - I was amazed. The system they installed is so simple to use and their staff so friendly, I don't know why anyone would go elsewhere!

Very happy with the equipment and installation. No two sided tape with exposed magnets or wiring. All contacts were hidden. Had a poorly installed system in Wisconsin which had magnet falling off.

Would highly recommend. Was sold by the owner and felt very comfortable with his knowledge and demeanor. Have already recommended them to others.
