General Info
National Spine & Pain Centers (NSPC) is one of the nation’s largest pain management practices in the United States. Formed in 2011 with a re-brand of The Spine Center – NSPC quickly expanded, partnering with Capitol Spine & Pain in 2012. We strive to bring high quality providers in the specialty of pain management together to offer an extensive network to meet the needs of an ever growing population of patients living in chronic pain. In late 2012 our affiliations grew with the addition of New York Pain Physicians (now New York Spine & Pain Physicians), bringing our number of centers to over 60 with close to 100 providers in D.C., Maryland, New Jersey, North Carolina, New York, Virginia and West Virginia.

I have been a patient under Dr Daly for just a little over a year now. I cannot say enough about the staff treating you as a valued patient. I just love meeting with Mr Baird(PA) every visit as I feel very comfortable in talking to him about what's going on with me & my pain levels. When meeting w/Dr Daly he truly listens & explains things to you & I've never felt rushed out the door. I recently had to change my appointment due to an urgent family matter & they went above & beyond to make it happen. Don't live in pain.... call today & you will be able to get in fairly quickly. Everyone was friendly and took the time to answer my questions. The Dr. explained everything that was going to be done and what the problems were. She was very gentle while doing the procedure and explained what she was doing. Will recommend this Pain Center to my Family and Friends.

Dr. Nargund takes pride in her work and cares about improving her patients quality of life. The whole staff always greets you with a smile.

I have always gotten quality care and questions answered from my very first appt. I never feel as if my provider doesn't have time for me. Also the staff is very professional. One of the front office staff, by the name of Chanel always has a smile for patients, even when she is slammed. I am a retired CMA, CPT, and would recommend this facility to all of my family and friends.

You guys are the best and I fill blessed that I was sent here for my treatment.
The staff and Doctors at the Glen Burnie office could not be nicer. My pain is almost gone. I feel so much better. They take the time to explain step by step. If something happens and you have to change a apt they have no problem with the change. I am so happy to deal with others that realize that life does happen. If you are in pain let them help that is what they are there for. Don't listen to those who say it is painful it is a life changer. Pain slows you down and they give you back your normal life.
