      Shady Grove was a wonderful place to workout! Clean facility, well organized and very friendly staff. I sincerely wish they could have found a way to work with AARP and other insurances to continue to offer the Silver Sneaker workouts and classes for the Senior Citizens in the community. Even if they had accepted the insurance AND charged the participants a portion of the fee, that would have been so much better than dropping the Silver Sneaker Program altogether. I miss them.
