I switched to this company, it was selected randomly. I felt I would get better service from the company I formerly had. I have not received the first order, and I am already dissatisfied. Firstly, why do I have to receive numerous calls, before the delivery? Secondly, I received 3 information papers (that were the same) plus, a phone call all requesting the same information. Now as of this date, I have receive 2 phone calls within 5 days of each other. I am not understanding the need for all of the commotion over a order that needs to be sent. NOW!! I am not illiterate, Demented, nor do I have alzheimer's. I do not have a great rating at this point, neither do I see where the five star rating came about. I know I am just one person, however, this is one person who is very disappointed. Keeping in mind I have yet to receive my first order. Upon completion of that if the situation doesen't get any better, I will be switching. Oh! that is my decision, and I will be making it.
