Stout, Billy & Seli, P.C was founded in November of 2002 by attorneys S. Neil Stout, Steven T. Billy, and Tenley Carroll Seli. The law firm combines over thirty years of litigation experience concentrating primarily in the defense of workers' compensation claims for the employer and insurer, family law, and criminal law.
