The new company that's here have clearly made a difference. My mother experienced similar things to the person above but it's very clear that with the new manager/management things are changing for the better. We've decided to renew my mother's lease because of the positive changes.

My mother moved out of this place. In December 2008, they opened it up to age 21 and over and the amount of rift raft that moved into this place was overwhelming. Five and six people living in a one bedroom apartment. Shady people all over the place and management does NOTHING about it. Initially, this was a good place to live, but it slowly changed. There are many people planning to move out when their leases are up. It's in a great location, but not worth the hassle of living somewhere where you are scared to get on the elevator.

Top rate senior living! I moved my mother in about 3 months ago. We have had the best experience that we could expect - and more! The management is friendly and easy to talk to, the apartments are beautiful Best decision of 2008!
