      The Customer Service, Agents that work at NWA are not too swift and need training! Not very professional when they talk to their customers, as if they are doing us a favor! NWA has to remember that there are many other trash services available even in other states and we do Not need them...Also, NWA needs to sign our contracts to, not just make us sign theirs so that they can DUMP us as they please! We have feelings too!
