what a lovely gift shop...the place to look for that special something...love the mariposa and annie glass as well as the unique pieces of jewelry...and they gift wrap too!! Place to shop for the holiday or any time of the year

i learned something that i guess glastonians have known for decades- that i just doesn't pay to search the big stores for something special- this wonderful little shop , never dissapoints me when im in a jam { which i usually am } and in a rush , which i always am } . its owner , and its employies are so pleasant and helpful , and really full of ideas { good ones } . i always go there now for any gift , , baby , wedding , housewarming , everything , - Even myself - just bought a very nice quality mirror for my dineingroom . I Its upscaley , but still plenty of inexpensive things too . i've done special orders , and now buy things sometimes site unseen , fact is, the owner makes me look good ! she has better taste than i was born with - I went in this shop as a kid with my mom , and it was a star then , It's come a long way now and has a website !! www. themahoganyshope.com , - intriguing in itself - So thanks " Mahogany shoppe " , now i never make a gift mistake !
