Our land was surveyed by Pride Land Surveying, before we bought it. There are four parcels, that were surveyed at different times. I needed some copies of the surveys. The service was prompt and courteous. Richard gave me quick and accurate replies to my e-mails. I would definitely use this company.

This was the most unreliable business I have ever had to deal with. The quickest they could do our survey was 2 weeks out (must be really busy). Then they missed the appointment. Did they call anyone to say they missed? NO. Then, they said they would be out again about 5 days later. Did they make that appointment? NO! Then the third appointment, they told my realtor they would be there on a Saturday. Did they make that appointment? NO! They did not show any professionalism regarding missing these appointments and did not call 1 TIME to say they were sorry about missing the scheduled times. So basically, it took 1 month to get a survery done that took probably 15 mins to complete then charged me $450. Not good service at all.
