I originally had them install a new central air conditioning unit about 10 years ago. They did a great job - no complaints. Recently the unit stopped cooling the house so naturally I called them to fix it. They found the compressor went bad. They quoted me $3000 just to replace the compressor. I found I could buy all the necessary parts including a brand new exact match compressor for about $650 so they wanted $2350 for about 2 to 3 hours worth of work. I was very impressed with their original work but think they should have treated a returning customer better than that. I had another company come out and do the job for about 1/3 rd the price... Sorry to say I won't be calling Price again!
