We recently had Solar panels installed on our home and followed by having Guy's team rip out our 40-year-old propane furnace and ductwork and replace with a state-of-the-art dual-fuel heat pump HVAC system (for heating and cooling). From the moment we requested a quote until the final sign-off inspection we received expert and professional service from Guy and his team - George, Manuel, et al. The system we chose is highly complex and a bear to install due to the level of efficiency it delivers, and required HERS testing and thorough inspection under the stricter Title 24 mandates that went into effect on July 2014. The team took everything in stride and we were confident that our installation would pass with flying colors... Given their attention to detail on every phase of our project. But we were bowled over when first our HERS rater, then the California Certification board, and finally our inspector approved the installation "with excellence". "This is the best installation I've ever rated", the CalCert person told us ... "And that's including new-home installations. Although I have never posted a review for a service, I felt compelled to post one for Guy's Air & Heating. Being from a Sales/Customer Service background, I am always very critical when dealing with service oriented businesses. We had to have Guy's come out two times for two unrelated service calls for our air conditioner. The first service call was quick, effective and absolutely a pleasure from the initial phone call to the actual service. The second was exactly the same. I highly recommend using Guy's Air & Heating to anyone that is looking for a professional, friendly, customer service oriented experience at a very fair price!!
