I have been there several times over the past few years and everytime the staff was very helpful and you have a chance of finding items you don't see very often, plus things of my interest seems very affordable....I'm not sure why snowflakes give bad ratings to run a business down.

These people are low life blood suckers. Full of bad attitudes.Over priced junk. Crappy customer service. One star is to good for them!

I just moved her a little over a yr. ago and have done business with this pawn shop for about the same amount of time. Due to the fact they are the only game in town they think that gives them the right to be disrespectable, rude and aloof. After frequent visits and encountering the same bad attitude from the owners and workers, Ive decided to take my business else where. They dont deserve my patronage and I dont deserve the blanent disrespect. Cherokee Pawn has always been friendly and respectable, sure its a little drive but well worth it! Gilmer Pawn Shop you have lost my business forever, which is shame because Im very loyal to local businesses.

This place is rediculous! I went there today to buy a shotgun and i ask to see a mossberg 500 12ga. The guy Hans me a used one with a 400$ price tag! I quickly hand it back to him and see what looks to be a ka-bar usmc knife. I ask to look at the ka-bar and the guy tells me that ka-bar no longer makes the usmc knives anymore, I check out the knife and it has a 150$ tag on it. I check out the knife a little and see that it is a 15$ bud k knockoff of the ka-bar. I don't know if they think people are stupid or if they just don't know the difference but I won't be doing any business there anymore.
