It was past midnight, and there was no sign of help. I was stranded in the middle of nowhere. The dispatcher assured me that help is on its way, and sure enough, Jack arrived no more than fifteen minutes later. He helped unlock the car in a jiffy. Their claimed that they offer quick service what I didnt expect is that theyd be this quick!!! I had buzzed in with a request for spare keys. A mobile van stopped in front of my place in the next 15 minutes, and I watched Gary as he worked from his van and made the keys for me. There was an issue with the lock, so I called Gillette Locksmith Service. The dispatcher was very friendly and he even gave me an accurate estimation of their arrival time. Sure enough, I found Johnson at my doorstep within 20 minutes. The lock needed a tune-up. On top of it, I also thought of getting the door frame fixed, which I did. The bill handed out seemed very reasonable for the great service offered. Ive dealt with multiple locksmiths in Gillette, but no one has managed to amaze me with such incredible service. I dont know why I was even worried! Gillette Locksmith Service made the process seemed so easy! There was to be an assessment by my insurance company the next morning and I knew my age-old locks werent gonna make a good impression. I decided to get my locks changed. But the challenge was coaxing a locksmith to come in at 1:00 am to do the job. After a few locksmiths denied service and a few didnt even bother answering the call, I stumbled across The website claimed 24/7 service and I hoped that they really meant that! Within thirty minutes of placing the call, Ron had reached my place. After taking a look at my locks, he suggested that I neednt get rid of all my locks as a few were still good enough to get me past the assessment. That was news to me! And if he hadnt taken the privilege to bring it to my notice, I would have ended up spending a lot of money that night!An hour later, he was done replacing my locks with brand new ones and fixed up a few faulty ones! And the total bill it was way less than I expected it to be. Ron didnt even charge me extra for calling him at such an odd-hour! You guys rock!!!! Theres a reason why you should always hire firms of repute such as Gillette Locksmith Service - and I learned this the hard way. My locks had been giving me trouble for quite a while and I decided to have them looked over by a local locksmith. The guy who turned up had absolutely no clue what he was doing. I figured that out an hour after hed had his way with the locks and it went from bad to worse! I just couldnt believe it! After wrecking my lock, he even had the nerve to demand a service fee. Well, it was only after spending 50 bucks pointlessly that I called up Gillette Locksmith Service! These guys are pros! Dave fixed up the lock within minutes and the charges are quite reasonable for a premium firm like Gillette Locksmith Service!!! Never opting for any other locksmith except Gillette Locksmith Service! THE BEST in Gillette, NJ.. Will I call them again? YES and you should too on.

Just bought a house and needed the locks re-keyed. I called at 5:15 in the evening to Gillette Locksmith Service and Mike happened to be in the area so we met at the property at 6.00 PM He was in and out quickly and even gave me some great advice about the type of locks that are on the doors.
Never thought I could feel strongly about what locksmith to use. I was blown away but the level of customer service I received from Gillette Locksmith Service. Not only did Mark call me within an hour to set up a time, he called again later to see if I wanted him to come earlier (I had asked for instillation as early as possible that day but he was booked until 3).
