Numerous calls before he'll answer regarding problems. When he does answer, he lays the blame for problems on the material supplier or the consumer themselves... Unbelievalbe! Will use another contractor for all future upgrades. Doing business with this company wasn't worth the aggravation. And they wonder why people don't support local businesses in this area. Well, here's one major reason why we don't!
