Good in store customer service by Debbie. Delivery as requested in the morning except the door has a ding. Debbie is ordering a new door. One of the delivery guys was sick & we are concerned & totally disinfected the refrigerator. I am a City of Mesa employee & found out today that Spencers offers us a discount but was unable to take advantage of the employee discount. Would any consideration be given for a discount at this point in time. Overall would definitely buy from Spencers again. Thank you.

I have dealt with Alan many years and the gentlemen that delivered were great. They made sue all was done in time for me to take my dog to vet. Still trying to learn new machines. My fault not theirs

Salesman didn’t tell us our dishwasher was on backorder. The delivery person who delivered our clotheswasher had to tell us. I had to call Spencer’s to find out when I was getting my dishwasher. The salesperson should’ve called me days before and told me before my delivery date so I could have both items delivered at the same time instead of having to take off 2 days of work.

Salesman was very knowledgeable about product and very helpful. He was courteous as well as professional...never 'pushy.' Would recommend Spencer's to everyone. I am a repeat customer several times over and have absolutely no complaints!! Love them! Delivery service was also extremely good...on time, very careful, and professional.

My wife and I would echo what we have read and have now experienced with Spencer's and Kevin Rymer ... we could not have asked for more, every appliance we needed (fridge, washer/dryer, stove, gas range and hood, dishwasher, and microwave) we received Kevin's expert/honest advice and we were very pleased with the techs sent to deliver and install.
We would definitely use Spencer's again !

My wife and I worked with Kevin Rymer to purchase a five piece kitchen set (garbage disposal, dishwasher, microwave, stove/oven, and refrigerator). Kevin was a pleasure to work with and he was very helpful and yet not pushy at all. He also worked for us in securing each of the available manufacturer's rebates which was a nice surprise and cost reduction. I also used Spencer's contracted appliance installers and was extremely pleased with the quality of the install. They were on time, efficient and knowledgeable in all aspects of installing our five appliances. I would highly recommend both Spencer's and Kevin Rymer for an excellent appliance buying experience.

I have a great experience every time I go to this store. I have bought all of my appliances from here and my TV. I had a problem with my GE dishwasher and it was resolved in three days. And they get me every time with the sonic ice machine, a definite plus. I recommend this store to everyone I know.

My wife and I have bought from Spencers for years and have always found them a great place to buy from and wonderful people to work with. They found us an even better deal on our double-oven (than Lowe's on sale) and I love being able to buy from a local AZ company. Keep up the great work Spencers.

After looking around at many places one of my friends referred me to Rob at Spencers. I had a great experience. My main goal is to get the best price, but the service he gave me was great too! I would shop here again. I prefer buying from a local company. I read some of the other reviews and I just don't the negativity. This place is amazing!!
